S Manojkumar, aged around 47 years, is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has completed Higher Secondary Course from Department of Government Examinations, Madras. He has been on the Board of our Company since incorporation of the Company and has been appointed as Managing Director for a period of 5 years with effect from July 16, 2022. He has more than 29 years of experience in jewellery business. He is currently responsible for the overall management and marketing affairs of the Company.

S Sunil, aged around 39 years, is the Executive Director of our Company. He has completed Board of Matriculation Examination from the Department of Government Examinations, Chennai. He has been on the Board of our Company since incorporation. He has more than 15 years of experience in jewellery business He is currently responsible for the overall Financials, Administration and Human Resource department of the Company.

Raj Kumari M, aged around 46 years is the Whole Time Director of our Company. She has been appointed as Additional Executive director on May 18, 2022 and has been designated as Whole Time Director July 16, 2022. She does holds hold any formal education degree.

Prasan Kumar, aged around 40 years is the Independent Director of our Company. he has been appointed as Independent Director of our Company for a period of three years with effect from July 16, 2022. He has completed Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Madras in the year 2002. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant India and also holds a Certificate of Practise from The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has an experience of around 10 years in the field of finance.

S Ramesh Kumar, aged around 58 years is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been appointed as Independent Director of our Company with effect from July 16, 2022. He has completed Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Madras. He is member of The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. He is Currently Practising at High Court of Madras and all other District Court. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Legal Consultancy and Legal Advisory.

Prathik P Daga, aged around 33 years is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been appointed as Independent Director of our Company for a period of three years with effect from July 16, 2022. He has completed Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Madras, in the year 2009. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant India also holds a Certificate of Practise from The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has an experience of around 4 years in the field of taxation.
